Eliminate the hidden cause behind all chronic diseases

Eliminate the hidden cause behind all chronic diseases and treat intestinal leakage

If you suffer from any symptoms related to poor digestion and indigestion, problems such as esophageal reflux, gas, and flatulence, or conditions such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatism, or Hashimoto’s disease, and you suffer from lack of concentration, blurred thinking, and memory loss, you have skin problems such as acne.  , eczema, psoriasis, or urticaria and suffer from difficulties such as shortness of breath, chronic nasal allergies, chronic eye allergies, or skin allergies.

All of these conditions are classified as autoimmune diseases, and their primary cause is often attributed to a condition of the digestive system known as intestinal permeability.

The human body is amazing and can handle itself.  The body is a great, miraculous machine with millions of cells and millions of interactions, so it governs itself remarkably well.  If this body is dysfunctional, it means that it is deficient in something.  Here, leaky gut disease appears before us.  Most patients who suffer from immune diseases, approximately 75%, recover completely after treating the problem of intestinal leakage.

   Intestinal leakage:

In the lumen of the digestive system there is the small intestine and the large intestine, and inside the intestine there is a layer of cells called Endothelium Cells. These cells are connected to each other by something called the Tight Junction. This layer of cells forms for us like a barrier and acts like a filter that protects the blood in the body from the leakage of waste, toxins, and bacteria.  Viruses found in the lumen of the digestive system.

These interconnected cells, which are like a barrier and protector for the blood and the body, break and become like holes or openings in the internal cavity, inner layer, or inner membrane of the digestive system, and thus there is a leakage of waste, germs, bacteria, toxins, and undigested food into the blood, and here begins the problem of leakage or leakage.  Bowel leakage appears.

1- Food allergy

This allergy may be hereditary or acquired. Some people have an allergy to some types of food, such as dairy and its derivatives, or gluten. These foods, over time, cause internal inflammation in the inner membrane of the digestive system, and the inflammation causes the inner layer to break, holes and openings occur, and leakage occurs.

2- Excessive consumption of so-called inflammatory foods

Commercial dairy derivatives full of hormones - Antibiotics - Refined sugar - Gluten (which is considered the biggest cause of digestive problems) - Hydrogenated fats - Commercial fats such as canola oil and corn oil - Ready-to-eat foods full of artificial colors, preservatives, and artificial flavors - Genetically modified corn.

Over time, these foods cause inflammation in the digestive system, and then the inner layer of the intestine breaks down, holes and openings occur, and intestinal leakage occurs.

3 - External causes that affect the vital balance of beneficial and harmful bacteria:

There is a balance between beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria in the digestive system, but there are external reasons that affect the balance of this bacteria, so that the harmful fungi and bacteria become more than the beneficial ones.

Reasons that affect the balance of beneficial and harmful bacteria
:

- Use of antibiotics.

- Use of acid-suppressing medications (antacids)

Hydrochloric acid, or the acid present in the stomach, is considered the sterilizer of the digestive system. When we take antibiotic medications, they kill beneficial and harmful bacteria at the same time. Likewise, antacid medications, when taken for a long period of time, weaken and lose the effectiveness of the hydrochloric acid present in the stomach, which sterilizes the foods that enter it.  to the digestive system and thus harmful bacteria will increase.

Any condition that leads to an increase in harmful bacteria over beneficial bacteria will cause internal inflammation in the inner membrane of the digestive system, and thus cause intestinal leakage.

- Gluten:

Gluten is considered the number one enemy of the digestive system and the body in general. You must abstain from eating gluten, and even if the person does not have a sensitivity to gluten, and even if the person does not have a hereditary family history of gluten sensitivity, and even if he does not have celiac disease, do not eat  Gluten.

The wheat that exists in our time is different from the wheat that our ancestors ate. The wheat that exists in our time is genetically modified wheat that is difficult for the digestive system to digest, unlike non-genetically modified wheat, which is easy to digest.

Gluten, which is found in genetically modified wheat, is a very difficult protein to digest, whether for a person with a gluten allergy or a healthy person.

Excessive consumption of products that contain gluten, such as bread, pasta, oats, barley, food dyes, semolina, and bulgur, leads to gluten adhering to the wall of the digestive system and remaining attached to it for a long period of time and causing inflammation of the inner membrane, thus causing intestinal leakage.

Methods of treatment and natural recovery from leaky intestine?

There are five steps that must be followed to recover from this disease:

Removing all factors that cause disease and cause problems in the digestive system.  Such as foods that cause inflammation in the digestive system, such as: - Dairy and all dairy products, even lactose-free butter, even cheese, except (animal ghee and kefir can be eaten), gluten, and any food that contains gluten, even oats, although it does not contain gluten, but it contains adenine.  It is like gluten. Abstain from eating sugar, as well as fructose, which is found in fruits, corn, soy, hydrogenated fats, canned food, preservatives, and artificial flavourings. Also refrain from eating legumes completely.

The digestive system replaces everything it has lost. People with leaky gut disease have a severe deficiency of hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) and a deficiency of digestive enzymes, and they also suffer from poor digestion.

treatment :

Take a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with a large cup of water half an hour before eating meals. The apple cider vinegar will provide stomach acidity and thus will help in the digestion process.

Take digestive enzyme supplements, which are stronger than apple cider vinegar. Take one capsule one minute before lunch and one capsule one minute before dinner.

These digestive enzymes will compensate the body for all the deficient digestive enzymes, and will aid in the digestion process, thus alleviating chronic inflammation in the digestive system.

Replanting beneficial bacteria in the digestive system:

We previously knew that one of the causes of leaky intestines is an imbalance between beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria, and that many people suffer from an overgrowth of harmful bacteria (sibo disease) and an overgrowth of fungi. Therefore, we want to cultivate beneficial bacteria in order to help restore the balance again.

Therefore, you should take beneficial bacteria supplements and eat foods rich in beneficial fermenting bacteria, such as: - Organic kefir - Goat yoghurt - Fermented or sauerkraut - Coconut yoghurt - Apple cider vinegar, because it contains fermentation and also improves the beneficial bacteria -  Eat prebiotic, which is the basic necessary fiber to nourish beneficial bacteria, such as: - Fiber, which is the primary food for beneficial bacteria and its natural source is vegetables and fruits. Or they can be taken as capsules. Take one capsule (5 billion) five billion a day.

Important note:

People suffering from leaky intestines may be suffering from SIBO (an overgrowth of harmful bacteria). In this case, they should not take (probiotics or beneficial bacteria) until four weeks after natural recovery, whether they are probiotic supplements or natural fermented pickles.
